Blaine joined ClearPath Wealth Management (formerly Capri Wealth Management) in 1997 after spending six years as a financial administrator with the Reconciliation and Revenue section of the BC Ministry of Social Services.

Blaine graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a minor in Sport Psychology. He earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from the Canadian Institute of Financial Planning in 2003. Blaine is licensed to provide mutual funds under Manulife Inc. and life and disability insurance under Clearpath Wealth Management Inc. in BC and Alberta.

Blaine specializes in analyzing retirement income scenarios, examining potential retirement lifestyle options, and developing long term savings plans and financial support options for children and adults with disabilities.

Blaine is a former NCAA Division 1 college golfer at the University of Idaho, and former assistant golf professional at Gallaghers Canyon Golf Resort and the Kelowna Golf and Country Club. Blaine and his wife, Sue, have two sons and three cats. Outside of business, Blaine values time with his family, and he is passionate about golf, music, human factors psychology, and philosophy.
