Courtney graduated from the University of British Columbia Okanagan with a Business Management Degree.

After graduation she moved to Vancouver where she worked as a Sales Coordinator with a Mutual Fund company, gaining a better understating about the investment business.

She moved back to Kelowna to work alongside her father Trevor Wells as his Investment and Insurance Assistant. She received her Insurance License in 2020.

On her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time exploring the beautiful Okanagan with her husband Kai and their dog Alfie.
